Great price, good facilities, clean room and bathroom, polite staff, minimal noise, dog friendly.

Great size rooms, clean, good value for money. Pleasant and accommodating staff, especially for late-night arrivals.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was right by the train tracks and close to the motorway. Despite this, there was no real noise from passing cars or trucks. The room was spacious, with a queen-sized bed, and offered a quiet and peaceful sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, with receptionist Marta going out of her way to assist us. The breakfast, which could be ordered and collected at reception, was good with a hot and tasty selection.

Some aspects of cleanliness were lacking, such as dirty curtains, uncleaned glasses in the bathroom, and crumbs left under furniture.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were very good too make me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect, right next to the open restaurant terrace where I could enjoy some laughter and reconnect with people. The transportation was convenient, with a nearby tube line that allowed easy access to the city. Plus, the on-site parking made it hassle-free to bring my car.

We had a great stay here, and we were impressed with the hotel's location. It is situated just off the motorway which made getting into London easy. Also, it is placed for access to the north London area. The rooms were well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed including a sitting area, sink, ironing facilities, tea and coffee and air conditioning. The staff was polite, and we received a welcome drink on check-in. The on-site restaurant offered tasty and diverse special diet menus.

The service provided by the staff was poor, and we encountered some problems while we were here. However, despite these issues, we would still recommend this place to family and friends.
